Specialisation: Indirect Tax and Foreign Accounting

CA Nirmal Jain is a Fellow member of the ICAI. He is having certificate in GST from ICAI. He is also having Certificate in International Financial Reporting Standards (CIFRS) and Concurrent Auditor of Bank from ICAI.

He is having a rich experience in the field of audit, taxation & various litigation matters related to these department. He has Certificate of Completion of Quick books Online Exam and a vast experience in online Accounting.

He is having a good exposure with various government and semi government departments. He is also handling all the day-to-day coordination required for the Assignments of Duns & Bradstreet Information Services India Pvt. Ltd and having a vast Experience of Bank Audits.

He possesses specialization in the field of Indirect Taxes, rich experience in Indirect taxes and deals with all major Government Departments from Rajasthan.

He is providing Consultancy to various Govt. Departments and Corporate in Indirect taxes majorly with Goods & Services Tax (GST). He also possesses good experience of compliances & litigations of Service Tax and Excise matters.

CA MERRY JAIN (B.COM. ACA, LLB)

Specialisation: Direct Tax, Litigation and Internal Taxation

CA MERRY JAIN is an associate member of ICAI. She is working with the firm as an Associate Partner. She is having a rich experience in the field of Corporate Law which includes all the matters related to Companies and LLP. She also possesses good experience in the field of auditing and financing. Her area of specialization includes Audit Assignments in various sectors, Income Tax Compliance of individual & corporate, ROC compliance, TDS services to clients.

She is independently providing Corporate Consultancy to the various corporate. She possesses rich experience of Statutory Audits and practicing in the diversified and new emerging fields like RERA, GST, ICDS.

She has an exposure for getting various approvals and exemption registration for Companies and Not-for-Profit Organisations including 80G, 12A, 35AC, FCRA etc.

She is also providing various corporate & Professional Trainings to students and professionals.

CA. NEHA AGARWAL (M.COM, FCA)

Specialisation: Audit and Assurance, Bank Audits, FEMA, RERA, Corporate Advisory.

CA Neha Agarwal a fellow member of ICAI. She is having a wide exposure in the field of Management Consultancy and Management Audit. She is providing Risk Advisory Services and Internal Audits to different clients. She has expertise in the Forensic Audits and Making financial Models.
